Slow Food Columbia invites you to taste hyper-local dishes created by our community's most sustainable chefs! There's only one rule: Chefs must feature at least one locally, sustainably produced major ingredient in their dish. And you get to taste the results!
You'll have a chance to meet the chefs, who will be on hand to serve up small bites of their creations, and meet the farmers who grow food for us to enjoy around the table. Plus mingle with other locally-minded foodies and farm fans!
Cash bar with top-notch wines from Advintage and South Carolina beers. Live music.
