Hope to see you at our 2018 Slow Food Chef Showcase, where Columbia's favorite chefs cook with locally sourced ingredients. Not only do you get the chance to meet the chefs and farmers behind the food you love, you'll help us support local projects, including the Ark of Taste school garden at Meadowfield Elementary School. Purchase tickets here.

You'll find more information here, including a list of the talented and generous chefs who volunteer their time and the restaurants that support this fundraiser.

for thought
and FOR fun!

Slow Food Columbia is one of 200+ Slow Food USA chapters. Our mission is to support the movement behind GOOD, CLEAN, and FAIR foodways in the South Carolina Midlands and beyond.

Our chapter organizes workshops, potlucks and other events and projects throughout the year.  We work to strengthen the connections of local food community members and educate the public about the importance of knowing where our food comes from.
